hand made in what I would consider to be size

. This skirt is not lined, it has a

elastic waist
. The body is a
White
Cotton material with 4 rows of
1/2" Off White & Red Ribbon and 1-1/2" Red Plaid Ribbon
. The material has different size Red Flowers on a White background. This is a new skirt in very good condition, no rips, tears or stains. Sold
