Large lot of 395x IRAQ Official (On State Service) stamps: #O151, 0155 & O0183A

Large lot (395 copies) of 3 different IRAQ Official (On State Service) stamps
I separated a big pile out into the 3 different stamps (as per Scott #) shown in the attached photos:
#0151 - 4 fils    --> 29 copies
#0155 - 10 fils  --> 290 copies
#0183A - 10 fils (with additional overprint)  --> 76 copies
Note:
1) My count is fairly accurate, but may be off by one or two..
2) There are are some damaged stamps (thins, small tears, short perfs).  I simply counted what is there ... my guess is 5% damaged.
This might be an interesting lot for the specialist to study further (for example, variances in the additional overprint on #O183A for example.
As part of "spring cleaning", I discovered these in an envelope in a large box with other stamps, and these particular items are outside my personal area of interest; so, I want these to go to a collector that would want to study them further!
Value?  Well, at minimum catalog value, probably close to 0, but as a "wholesale lot", much less.  So, I think that 4¢ per stamp is an equitable price (+ postage).
