The Groen TDH-20 gas countertop 20 quart steam jacketed kettle features a smooth action hand crank, 2/3 steam jacket, 3/8" solid bar rim along with easy pour lip and a long lasting smooth stainless steel body that is easy to clean. The Groen TDH-20 comes to temperature quickly, heats evenly and gently, and distributes the heat over the largest surface area so that the food does not burn or scorch. Each TDH-20 kettle comes with a self contained steam source pre-charged at the factory. The water has rust inhibitors and is free of any minerals to ensure a long life and little maintenance.
