Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This Steam Kettle is in good cosmetic condition with some minor scuffs and scratches from normal use.  Additionally, the valve handle on the main drain was broken off at some point in its history (see photo).
Notes:
We confirmed that the lid, tilt mechanisms, and drains are functioning as designed.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
