Shipping and Return Policy
When contacting us for shipping rate, please provide a complete shipping address and tell us if the address is commercial or residential.  Please also tell us if you'll need lift gate service.
Lift gate service means that the delivery truck has a lift gate that can lower the freight to ground level from the truck bed.  If you have a loading dock or a forklift then you don't need lift gate service.  Lift gate service usually adds about to the shipping rate.
Terminal delivery is another option that can save you money.  Freight can be delivered to your nearest terminal, avoiding lift gate and residential surcharges.  You are then responsible for picking up the item from the terminal.
All products leave our warehouse fully tested and in working condition. Returns must be made within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping.
