The Cleveland SD-650-K12 direct steam tilting kettle and base combination connects KDT-12-T 12 gallon steam jacketed kettle directly to your existing steam source to quickly cook up batches of soups, stews, gravies, pasta, and more right on the attached 18" tall stainless steel stand. Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring of products. This Cleveland 12 gallon tilting steam jacketed kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots, while a lift-off cover traps in heat for greater cooking efficiency. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves performance, while an included steam control kit makes it easy to monitor and control your steam settings.
In addition, this model comes with a hot and cold swinging water faucet to make kettle filling and cleaning a breeze.

Item as Pictured. Very Good Condition. Clean. Tested Functional. The kettle comes from inventory at a hospital that closed its doors. Although the kettle is used, it appears to have been used very little, evident from its cleanliness and fresh-looking manufacturer stickers which usually appear worn or faded or missing on used stainless kitchen equipment. Operation of the kettle swivel, faucet knobs, feels perfect as new. The Steam connection has no damage, same with water connection.
